Is Beshaj for clinics or patients?
Both. Clinics use Beshaj to manage scheduling, consultations, and records. Patients use their portal to book appointments, join video visits, and access their health records. Family caregivers can also explore SizoCare, a separate product in private beta.
Can I still book an appointment here?
Yes. Use Find a clinic to browse the clinic directory, then choose your clinic and doctor. Existing patients and staff can sign in through the portal.
Does Beshaj support video consultations?
Yes. Clinics connect Zoom, Google Meet, or both. A meeting link is created when an appointment is confirmed, emailed to the patient, and available with a Join button from 15 minutes before the visit.
How does clinic pricing work?
Clinic subscriptions start at ₹1,499 per month. Fixed subscription and pay-per-booking options are available. Visit Pricing for plan limits, billing cycles, and onboarding.
Is SizoCare part of the clinic platform?
SizoCare by Beshaj is a separate caregiver product in private beta. It brings observations, medication events, and appointment context into a continuous care record. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace a psychiatrist.
