Video visits: the meeting link is created when you confirm, emailed to the patient, and Join appears 15 minutes before the start. A Zoom or Google Meet outage never blocks a booking. Unpaid bookings hold their slot for 15 minutes, then release it.

No upfront fee. Beshaj takes a commission on each completed booking, by plan tier. Patient money goes to your gateway, not through Beshaj.

Patient consultation payments are processed through your clinic's own Razorpay gateway credentials and deposited into your bank account. Beshaj does not hold clinic money.
If gateway credentials are not configured, consultation fees are treated as ₹0 (pay at clinic), so scheduling works without payment gateway errors.
Yearly billing gives you 12 months of access for the price of 11, so one month is waived every year.
