Who is Beshaj built for?
Beshaj is built for independent doctors, multi-specialty clinics, and growing clinic teams. Doctors, nurses, clinic administrators, and patients use workspaces suited to their roles. Available capacity depends on the clinic plan.
How do patients book an appointment?
Patients open Find a clinic, choose their clinic and doctor, then select an available date and time slot. Existing patients and staff can use Sign in to access their portal.
How much does Beshaj cost?
Clinic subscriptions start at ₹1,499 per month on the Solo Practitioner plan. Monthly, annual, and pay-per-booking options are available. Pricing and plan limits are listed on the clinic pricing page; enterprise plans require a conversation with the team.
Can patients access their prescriptions and records?
Patients can sign in to their Beshaj portal to access their appointments, prescriptions, and uploaded health records. Health record downloads use authenticated, time-limited links.
Can Beshaj run video consultations?
Yes. A clinic can connect Zoom, Google Meet, or both. When an appointment is confirmed, Beshaj can create the meeting link, email it to the patient, and show a Join button from 15 minutes before the visit. A clinic can also use one standing room link instead.
Which integrations does Beshaj support?
Beshaj supports Zoom and Google Meet for video visits, Razorpay for booking payments with payouts to the clinic's own gateway account, Google sign-in for patients, and email delivery for confirmations and reminders. Clinics manage video integrations in Clinic settings.
Does a Beshaj clinic plan include SizoCare?
SizoCare by Beshaj is a separate caregiver product in private beta. The clinic platform and SizoCare serve different needs; SizoCare is not included in the clinic pricing plans shown here.
